Overview
Supplier Onboarding, built as the Smart Supplier Validator, sits behind a company's supplier onboarding flow. The onboarding system sends supplier PDFs together with the details it expects. The service reads each file as text, falling back to OCR for scans, and a self-hosted Llama 3.3 70B model extracts the fields for six document types: trade licence, VAT certificate, ICV certificate, authorisation evidence, iSupplier access letter and company profile.
